Who we are

Stickman Video Director ("we", "us") is an AI video studio operated by Shinstar LLC. You can reach us at support@stickmanvideodirector.com for any privacy question or request.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, the one-time codes we send you, and the session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not store passwords: sign-in is email code only.
• Content you submit — the script or idea you paste, the style and format you choose, and any first-frame image you upload.
• Generated output — the prompts we build, the provider task id, the MP4 URLs, and the credit ledger entries for each shot.
• Payment data — the plan you bought, the amount, the currency, your country and the Stripe identifiers needed to reconcile the payment. Card numbers and CVC values are collected by Stripe, never by us.
• Technical data — IP address, user agent, the page you arrived from and UTM parameters, stored on your account for fraud prevention and first-touch attribution.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your scripts or videos to train models.

How long we keep it

• Account and credit records: while your account exists, plus 12 months for accounting and dispute handling.
• Scripts, prompts and generated MP4s: until you delete the project, or 12 months after your last sign-in, whichever is earlier.
• Moderation requests: retained by the moderation provider under its own policy; we store only the verdict.
• Payment records: as long as tax and card-network rules require (normally 7 years).

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete your account data by emailing support@stickmanvideodirector.com. We answer within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your scripts, prompts, generated videos and credit history; it does not cancel an active subscription, so cancel that first in Settings → Billing.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use two cookies: a session cookie for sign-in and a locale cookie for your language choice. Analytics cookies are only set if the operator enables an analytics provider, and the cookie banner asks first.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects your rights, we will email account holders before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
